Joker Decal

Water transfer decals.

Cut up the section of detail, place in warm water for 15-30 seconds, and place on wipes (non-sticker) nail.

Play around with the nail until your happy and then squash it down and topcoat.

Use acetone with a brush to wipe excess decal on and around the nail.
