What is your return policy?
Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging, products and strive to maintain consistency, sometimes things go wrong.
If any items come damaged we ask you contact us immediately with photo proof so we can replace them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrongful purchase.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently we accept payment by either credit card, PayPal, Afterpay and Humm. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can also pay through the PayPal facility with your credit card.

We are located in Coffs Harbour on the Mid North Coast of NSW Australia.
WHAT IF I'VE JUST DONE AN ORDER AND REALISED I FORGOT SOME ITEMS?
If you have just completed an order and you realised you forgot to order certain items if your order hasn’t been processed yet you can do another order and select “local pickup” instead of paying double the postage.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?
Although we aim to process orders that are placed through the website daily, we can get busy. We can usually guarantee that orders will be sent out within 3 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9:30am-4:30pm (excluding public holidays).
Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
We aim to process orders within 24-72hrs all orders are processed in a queue.
Processing times may vary during a sale or when we have our big releases.
